Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are supporting a professional services organisation in their search for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to a senior leadership team within a busy and fast-paced People & Transformation function. This role will be based in Glasgow on a hybrid basis and will be a 6 month initial engagement.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic EA / PA who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys working with senior stakeholders, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
*Proactive diary and inbox management for senior leaders
*Coordinating meetings, including agendas, minutes and action tracking
*Preparing presentations, reports, briefing papers and correspondence
*Organising internal and external events and team activities
*Supporting internal communications and digital collaboration platforms
*Liaising with stakeholders across the business to ensure key activities are delivered efficiently
*Managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion
About You
*Significant experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role supporting senior stakeholders
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
*Strong attention to detail and communication skills
*Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 and Teams
*A proactive, professional and adaptable approach
*Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage at all levels
*Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
This role would suit a highly organised and experienced EA/PA who enjoys being a trusted support to senior leaders and contributing to the success of a collaborative and professional team.
