Veritas Education is currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Unqualified Nursery Practitioners to join our team for flexible daily supply work across a variety of friendly and supportive nurseries in Camden and the surrounding North London boroughs.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in Early Years education while enjoying the flexibility to choose when they work. Whether you’re available five days a week or just a few days, we have opportunities to suit your schedule.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll be supporting children aged 0-5 years, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, play, and thrive in line with the EYFS framework.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:*Previous experience working with children in a nursery, school, childcare, or similar setting (desirable but not essential)
*A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
*A caring, positive, and flexible attitude
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*A willingness to learn and develop within the Early Years sector
Key Responsibilities:*Supporting children’s learning and development through engaging play-based activities
*Assisting with daily nursery routines, including mealtimes, personal care, and outdoor play
*Encouraging children’s social, emotional, and communication development
*Helping to maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment
*Working collaboratively with nursery staff to meet the individual needs of every child
