The Role
As a Team Leader, you’ll support the day-to-day running of one of our children’s homes, leading by example and ensuring young people receive high-quality, compassionate care. You’ll motivate and develop your team, promote safeguarding and compliance, and help create a nurturing home where children feel valued, safe, and empowered.
What You’ll Need
*Experience as a Team Leader in a children’s residential setting (essential)
*Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
*Full UK driving licence (held for at least 1 year)
*Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
*Good knowledge of safeguarding, children’s legislation and care standards
*Experience supervising staff and maintaining accurate records
