*Develop and implement strategies to optimise resource allocation and service delivery.
*Oversee budgets, ensuring cost-effective practices are maintained across operations.
*Lead and support a team of facilities staff, ensuring performance targets are met.
*Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
*Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and ensure adherence to industry standards.
*Prepare reports and updates for senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
*Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices across the department.
Profile
A successful Practice Manager should have:
*A strong background in practice management within the architecture or interior design industry.
*Proven ability to manage teams effectively and achieve operational goals.
*Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills to handle diverse responsibilities.
*Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
*Capability to handle budgets and deliver cost-effective solutions.
*Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
*ISO experience is desirable but not essential.
