Full job descriptionFounders’ Associate | Growing E-commerce & Digital Agency | South West London (Hybrid)A fast-growing e-commerce and digital marketing agency is looking for a highly organised and ambitious Founders’ Associate to work directly alongside the leadership team.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business, with significant responsibility from day one. You’ll have a front-row seat to how a growing agency operates while helping drive its continued success.
The RoleNo two days are the same. Your responsibilities may include:
*Preparing client reports and performance summaries
*Conducting market research, building prospect lists and creating briefing documents
*Drafting emails, LinkedIn content and marketing communications
*Reviewing client deliverables to ensure quality before they are shared
*Coordinating meetings, events and travel arrangements
*Maintaining CRM systems and internal business processes
*Providing operational support wherever needed to keep the business running efficiently
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
About YouWe’re looking for someone who is:
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Naturally proactive and able to anticipate what needs doing
*A confident writer who can adapt their communication style for different audiences
*Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
*Eager to learn about e-commerce, digital marketing and business operations
*Previous experience in an agency, marketing or e-commerce environment is beneficial but not essential-attitude, curiosity and initiative are valued most.
What’s on Offer*Salary of £28,000 plus a performance-based bonus of up to 15%
*Hybrid working in South West London
