Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
*Hunt down new business by developing a killer pipeline and using a targeted approach
*Represent the company at networking events and industry events, making memorable connections that count
*Keep key accounts happy by maintaining regular contact and identifying opportunities to maximise account growth
*Develop proposals and presentations that convince decision makers and close deals
*Use a strategic approach to boost revenue targets and fill venues
*Map out clever and defined sales strategies on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Business Development Manager Skills and Experience:
*Proven experience in sales and business development, hunter gather role
*MUST have experience within event sales, conference sales or a similar B2B environment
*Results-driven with a history of delivering positive outcomes and maximising on every interaction
*Confident and influential, able to prospect, present, negotiate and close
*Commercially minded, with the ability to identify and take advantage of every opportunity
*First-class communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and meaningful relationships
*Hungry to succeed, proactive with a self-driven mindset
What’s in it for you?
*Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
*Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 basic, plus uncapped on target earnings
