Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Homeownership Services Officer to join a Local Authority in Bracknell on a hybrid working basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leasehold and homeownership experience to support the delivery of a high-quality service to residents.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage a portfolio of leasehold and shared ownership properties
*Provide advice and support to homeowners on service charges, leases, and related queries
*Handle enquiries relating to resales, staircasing, and Right to Buy/Right to Acquire
*Investigate and resolve complex customer queries and complaints
*Work closely with internal teams including finance, legal, and property services
*Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies
Requirements
*Previous experience in a homeownership or leasehold services role within a Local Authority or Housing Association
*Strong knowledge of leasehold legislation and service charges
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
