Regional Account Manager
Field-based role within a mutually assigned territory
*Salary: OTE £45,000 uncapped (Basic £35,000 to £40,000 subject to experience)
*Car allowance, laptop and phone

Our client is a progressive, energised and successful FMCG organisation, looking for a Regional Account Manager to identify new business opportunities and develop an existing account base. They operate in a fast-paced commercial environment where ambitious people can make a genuine impact, take ownership and grow quickly alongside the business. They are looking for somebody energetic, proactive and commercially hungry who wants real responsibility and the opportunity to grow with the business.
The Role:
*Generate New Business.
*Achieve growth within an existing account base.
*Work closely with the senior commercial team to help drive growth across a portfolio of exciting brands.
*Work closely with the senior commercial team to deliver the sales strategy.
*Implementing joint business plans.
*Be the first line of commercial contact for new business.
*Liaising with other departments to resolve issues and maximise opportunities.
*Negotiation: Skilfully negotiate pricing, promotions, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements with customers.
Performance Measurements:
*Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI’s.
*Deliver against distribution, volume, and other commercial metrics.
*Deliver product distribution growth.
*Implementation & execution of National Promotional Activity.
*Ensuring an effective journey call plan is developed to meet business and customer needs.
The Candidate:
*We’re looking for somebody energetic, proactive and commercially hungry who wants real responsibility and the opportunity to grow with the business.
*A sales professional with a business development mindset.
*FMCG experience advantageous.
*Highly numerate with good client relationship building skills.
*Business development or sales experience a pre-requisite.
*Ability to work under pressure and self-motivated.
*Target driven with good negotiation and presentation skills.
*Show strong organisational and time management skills.
*Establish rapport and build relations across all levels.
Remuneration:
*Salary: OTE £45,000 uncapped (Basic £35,000 to £40,000 subject to experience)
