This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience as an Account Manager, Customer Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Site Manager, Operations Manager, Procurement Manager, Inventory Manager, Supply Chain Coordinator, Purchasing Manager, or Manufacturing Manager looking to join a growing organisation where they can make a real impact.
Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you’ll oversee procurement, inventory management, customer relationships, supplier performance, and day-to-day site operations while driving continuous improvement, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting business growth.
Key Duties*Manage daily site operations, procurement, purchasing, and inventory control.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
*Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer, supplier, and billing queries.
*Monitor operational performance and produce management reports.
*Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
*Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock counts.
*Ensure effective stock control, inventory accuracy, and purchasing activities.
*Lead, train, motivate, and support site employees.
*Work collaboratively across manufacturing, operations, procurement, and supply chain teams.
Requirements*3-5 years’ experience in Account Management, Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Site Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or a similar role.
*Previous experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
*Good understanding of procurement, purchasing, inventory management, stock control, and Lean principles.
*Excellent customer service, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
*Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
*Full UK driving licence.
