Full job descriptionThe RoleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
*Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
*Encourage pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development.
*Help manage behaviour positively and consistently.
*Promote independence while providing appropriate support tailored to individual needs.
The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who:
*Has experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred but not essential).
*Is patient, empathetic, and resilient.
*Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
*Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
*Is committed to creating a positive learning environment.
