Full job description New Opportunities Office Services Assistant (FTC -13 Month Maternity Cover)

We’re looking for an experienced Office Services Assistant to join a law firm team on a 13-month fixed-term contract based in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being the face of the office, thrives in a busy professional environment, and has strong operational and organisational skills.

What we’re looking for:

Front of House / Reception experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong administrative and operational support experience
A proactive and hands-on approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience supporting office moves, fit-outs, or workplace projects would be highly advantageous

Start Date: Mid-Late August
Salary: £35,000+ (depending on experience)
Location: London

This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, while also potentially providing support on exciting office relocation and fit-out projects.
