Full job descriptionTTR Delivery ManagerLondon (Hybrid) | Up to £500 per dayWe are currently recruiting for an experienced TTR Delivery Manager to join a leading global banking organisation within its Markets & Securities Services (MSS) Operations Strategy & Change function.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within a large-scale global Trade & Transaction Reporting (TTR) programme, delivering critical regulatory change initiatives across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks.
Working within a complex, fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for managing regulatory change projects from inception through to implementation, ensuring delivery against fixed compliance deadlines while navigating evolving regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities*Lead delivery of Trade & Transaction Reporting regulatory change initiatives across global markets.
*Assess the impact of new and changing TTR regulations on business operations.
*Manage projects through the full lifecycle, from mobilisation and planning through to implementation and business readiness.
*Prioritise and oversee a portfolio of regulatory projects in line with regulatory commitments, budget and business objectives.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Compliance, Regulatory Change and the wider business.
*Produce and maintain project plans, RAID logs, governance packs, status reports and financial forecasts.
*Chair governance forums, steering committees and working groups, ensuring effective decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
*Monitor project risks, issues and dependencies, driving appropriate mitigation and escalation where required.
*Ensure projects are delivered to agreed scope, quality, budget and timelines.
*Provide leadership, guidance and oversight to Project Managers and Business Analysts within the programme.
Skills & Experience Required*Proven experience delivering complex regulatory change projects within Banking or Financial Services.
*Strong knowledge of Trade & Transaction Reporting regulations and regulatory change delivery.
*Demonstrable experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities within large-scale programmes.
*Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
*Experience working with Technology, Operations, Compliance and Regulatory teams in a global environment.
*Excellent programme governance, reporting and risk management capabilities.
*Proven ability to manage delivery against fixed regulatory deadlines.
*Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.
Desirable Experience*Experience within Markets, Securities Services, Investment Banking or Capital Markets.
*Previous exposure to global regulatory reporting programmes.
*Professional Project Management qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, MSP or Agile certifications.
