My client is an award winning, high growth property management services company. My client is seeking to appoint a Senior Manager to cover maternity leave (12months). You’ll oversee the IA team and delivery of the IA plan, you will work across a diverse, fast-paced environment, providing assurance over financial, operational, and compliance processes.

Key Deliverables
*Establish and deliver internal audits across key business areas including finance, procurement, legal, sales and marketing, payroll
*Perform Walkthroughs of key cross departmental processes and deliver key findings to initiate improvements and refine internal controls
*Review processes, identify opportunities to improve controls and efficiency
*Prepare clear, concise audit reports with practical recommendations
*Support teams across the business to strengthen processes and ensure compliance
Key Attributes
*Experience in internal audit, risk, or compliance
*Strong understanding of internal controls and financial processes
*Excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail
*Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement is key.
