Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of welcoming primary schools across Cambridge from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children and want to make a positive impact in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities
*Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
*Work with small groups and individual pupils to support learning.
*Assist with classroom preparation and organisation.
*Encourage positive behaviour and engagement.
*Support pupils with varying learning needs.
*Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Requirements
*Previous experience working with children is desirable.
*A positive, patient, and proactive attitude.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
*An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
*Relevant education or childcare qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
