Please note: this role is only suitable for candidates who are currently working as at least a Sales Manager within estate agency.
We’re recruiting for an experienced estate agency leader to take on a Floating Branch Manager role covering the Bexley area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone already managing a team who’s looking for variety, career progression, and the chance to build a strong reputation across multiple locations ahead of future advancement within the business.
As a Floating Branch Manager, you’ll cover holidays, vacancies, and sickness across branches in the Bexley area, taking full responsibility for delivering excellent customer service, motivating teams, and driving business performance.
The Package
*Basic salary: £30,000, with additional guaranteed earnings for a fixed period
*Realistic earnings (including commission): £45,000 - £55,000
*Company car, or car allowance of £4,000
*5 days a week, including Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
*33 days paid holiday, plus a birthday day off

*Lead morning meetings and coaching sessions across covered branches

About You
*Must currently be working as at least a Sales Manager within estate agency
*A passion for building relationships and converting valuations into listings and sales
