Please note: this role is only suitable for candidates who are currently working as a Valuer or Sales Manager within estate agency.
We’re recruiting for an experienced estate agency professional to step into a Sales Manager role in Haywards Heath. This is a great opportunity for someone already valuing and selling property who’s ready to take on more responsibility, develop their leadership skills, and build a long-term career with a company that genuinely invests in its people.
The Package
*Basic salary: £25,000, with additional guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months
*Realistic earnings (including commission): £35,000 - £55,000
*Car allowance of £3,000, or a company car
*A full UK driving licence is essential
*5 days a week, including alternate Saturdays
*33 days paid holiday, plus a birthday day off

The Role
*Manage sales and provide expert advice to customers throughout their journey
*Value properties and present them effectively to achieve the best possible price
*Work closely with the team to match properties with the right buyers
*Build strong relationships with solicitors, lenders, and other industry professionals
*Proactively identify new leads and generate business
*Support the Branch Manager in motivating, managing, and developing the team
About You
*Must currently be working as a Valuer or Sales Manager within estate agency
*Strong relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of converting valuations into sales
*Driven, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
