Property Manager – Streatham
I’m currently working with a highly respected independent estate agency to recruit an experienced Property Manager for their busy Streatham office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business with three successful offices, an outstanding reputation in the local market, and a genuine focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants while ensuring properties are managed efficiently and in line with current legislation.
Key Responsibilities


Managing a residential property portfolio from move-in through to tenancy end
Coordinating maintenance and repairs with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Carrying out regular property inspections
Managing tenancy renewals, check-ins, and check-outs
Handling maintenance issues and seeing them through to resolution
Ensuring all properties remain compliant with current lettings legislation
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Keeping property records and internal systems up to date


The Ideal Candidate


Must currently be employed as a Property Manager — candidates not currently in this role will not be considered
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload
Strong communication and customer service skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Good IT skills
A full UK driving licence is essential


Please note that while a driving licence is required, a company vehicle is provided for all work-related travel.
