We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support to Directors, Assistant Directors and junior bankers within Investment Banking.

What you’ll do:

*Diary management, anticipate changes to schedules and resolving issues, scheduling and rescheduling of meetings, highlighting conflicts, factoring in travel time
*Supporting meetings and servicing committees – including minute taking, drafting agendas circulating papers, and ensuring all actions are monitored and completed on time
*Organising high level client lunches, dinners and events (internal/external)
*Point of contact between the attendees of client events and organiser
*Organise the different stakeholders to ensure smooth running of events
*Work closely with corporate events team to provide guidance, instructions on the requirements for the events
*Support events where required with administrative tasks

What you’ll need:
*Minimum 3-5 years’ experience
*Experience working within financial services.
*Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
*Ability to work under pressure to meet competing deadlines and prioritise accordingly
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to manage multiple demands under pressure
*Able to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively with a flexible approach.
*Consistently delivering high level of work
*Extensive Financial Services experience
