Must have’s*Previous experience within commercial insurance or an insurance brokerage environment
*Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and policy administration
*Experience managing renewals from initial information gathering through to presenting options
*Excellent customer service and account management skills
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
*Good numerical, analytical, and IT skills
*Ability to manage workloads, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
*A proactive and professional approach to client service
Nice to have’s*Knowledge of cyber, professional indemnity, commercial property, combined liability, or medical malpractice insurance
*Experience using broker management systems
*Cert CII qualification or currently working towards CII accreditation
So, what will you be doing?*Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
*Handling day-to-day client enquiries and policy servicing activities
*Processing mid-term adjustments and policy documentation
*Preparing and managing policy renewals
*Obtaining, reviewing, and comparing quotations from insurers
*Liaising with insurers and underwriters to negotiate terms and obtain competitive solutions
*Supporting claims notifications and assisting with claim progression
*Ensuring clients maintain appropriate levels of cover for their risk profile
*Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
*Identifying opportunities to improve cover or enhance policy terms
*Providing administrative and account management support to the wider team
