We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established, specialist Mental Health and Dementia Care Home near outskirts of Harrow.

Requirements:
*Extensive elderly/nursing care expertise
*Strong leadership skills
*in-depth knowledge of CQC standards
*Exceptional communication
*Passion for delivering high-quality care
*NMC / Nurse qualification
