Financial Crime Manager

Are you an experienced Financial Crime or Sanctions specialist ready to take the next step into a management role?
We’re looking for an ambitious Financial Crime professional to join a growing London Market insurer, taking ownership of the Financial Crime framework while acting as Deputy MLRO. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong sanctions expertise who’s looking to progress into their first management position.
Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you’ll be responsible for:
* Leading the Financial Crime framework across AML, Sanctions, Fraud and Bribery & Corruption.
* Owning the sanctions programme, including screening, investigations and advisory work.
* Acting as Deputy MLRO, supporting SARs and regulatory obligations.
* Delivering financial crime risk assessments, policies and controls.
* Providing trusted advice to stakeholders across the business and producing MI for senior management.
You’ll have:
* Proven Financial Crime and Sanctions experience within the London Insurance Market.
* Strong knowledge of UK Financial Crime legislation and FCA expectations.
* Experience supporting an MLRO or Deputy MLRO is advantageous.
* ICA or ACAMS qualifications are desirable.
