Full job descriptionWe’re partnering with a standout organic health retailer to find a passionate and people-driven Retail Store Manager for their new store in Harrow, London.

Main Responsibility will include:
*Leading, coaching and developing a small team to consistently deliver strong results
*Creating a positive, motivated environment where individuals feel supported and confident
*Setting the standard for performance, behaviours, and customer experience
*Taking a hands-on approach to the day-to-day running of the store
*Driving sales through strong product knowledge and confident selling
*Ensuring the store is well-presented, fully stocked, and running smoothly at all times
*Managing stock control, deliveries, and back-of-house organisation
*Maintaining accurate cash handling and adhering to company procedures
*Keeping the team aligned, focused, and delivering consistently high standards
Person Specification:
*Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally within retail
*A natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing a small team
*Someone who stays calm under pressure and leads with energy and positivity
*A hands-on, proactive approach with a strong drive to achieve results
*Background in retail, convenience, food retail, or customer-facing environments is a plus
