An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful and award-winning independent estate agency as a Floating Branch Manager covering the Bexley area.
This role is ideal for an experienced Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager or Senior Valuer looking to take the next step with a business that genuinely invests in its people, offers excellent earning potential, and provides a structured career path.
The Role
As a Floating Branch Manager, you’ll provide leadership and support across multiple branches, covering holidays, vacancies and sickness while ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business performance.
Key Responsibilities
*Leading, motivating and coaching branch teams to achieve outstanding results
*Conducting market appraisals and converting valuations into new instructions
*Generating new business through networking, prospecting and referrals
*Driving residential sales performance and exceeding branch targets
*Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local businesses
*Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
*Keeping up to date with local market trends and positioning yourself as the local property expert
*Supporting multiple offices across the Bexley area as required
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
*Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager or Senior Valuer
*A proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business
*Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
*A positive, energetic and resilient approach
*Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
*The drive to succeed within a target-driven environment
*A full UK Driving Licence
