We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to join a busy and professional team based in Chatham.
Key Responsibilities*Providing administrative support to the wider team
*Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
*Maintaining accurate records and databases
*Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
*Scheduling appointments and managing diaries
*Filing, scanning, and general office administration duties
Requirements*Previous administrative experience is desirable
*Strong organisational and multitasking skills
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
*High attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
