The Role
You’ll manage compliance and administration for the external workforce — processing new worker requests, checking documentation, ensuring IR35 compliance, issuing NDAs, updating records, and supporting HR, IT and Procurement with onboarding and access.
What You’ll Do
*Process worker requests and update systems
*Support IR35 compliance
*Coordinate onboarding with HR and IT
*Issue NDAs and maintain accurate records
*Produce weekly reports and monthly audits
*Handle queries from managers and agencies
What You’ll Need
*Strong admin experience
*Good Microsoft Office skills
*Excellent organisation and communication
*Ability to prioritise and work independently
*Willingness to learn new systems
