Our client is seeking a proactive and professional Office Manager to join their close-knit team. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines facilities and office management with driving support for senior leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a professional office environment while providing discreet, reliable support to the leadership team.
What you’ll do:
*Oversee the daily running of the office.
*Manage office supplies, meeting rooms and facilities.
*Provide safe, discreet executive driving for senior leadership.
*Liaise with building management, contractors and suppliers.
*Support office administration and ad hoc business needs.
*Assist with office transition projects.
*Manage company vehicles, servicing, maintenance and compliance.
*Adapt to changing business needs, including occasional evening or weekend work.
Who you are:
*Experienced in Office Management or Facilities Coordination.
*A valid UK driving licence, preferably 10+ years driving experience.
*Highly organised with strong administrative skills.
*Proven experience supporting senior leadership team.
*Excellent knowledge of London roads, route planning and vehicle management.
*Calm, adaptable and able to manage changing priorities.
*Hands-on, proactive and always willing to help.
*Professional, personable, discreet and an excellent communicator.
