Yolk Recruitment are partnered with a successful and well-established food and drink manufacturer based near Hereford who have been making premium award-winning products since 1880.
They are searching for a Warehouse Supervisor to play a vital leadership role in keeping their operations running smoothly.


This is what you’ll be doing:
*Lead and supervise Warehouse and Yard operations, ensuring a safe, efficient and well-organised working environment.
*Support production and transport activities by coordinating material movements, internal transfers and finished goods dispatch.
*Oversee inventory accuracy, stock control and warehouse processes to maintain operational efficiency.
*Spend the majority of your time on the warehouse floor, leading by example, supporting colleagues and driving high performance, alongside completing administrative and reporting tasks.
*Promote a culture of safety, teamwork and continuous improvement while ensuring excellent communication across warehouse, production and transport teams.


The experience you’ll need in this role:
*Previous experience supervising warehouse or logistics teams within a fast-paced production, manufacturing or distribution environment.
*Strong understanding of warehouse operations, yard management, inventory control and stock accuracy.
*Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop high-performing teams.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across operational departments.
*Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems, with additional qualifications such as a Forklift/MHE licence or IOSH Health & Safety certification being advantageous.
