Full job description The Role


*Lead the execution of sell-side, buy-side, and capital raising mandates across the Business Services sector.
*Take day-to-day responsibility for managing live transactions from preparation through to completion.
*Act as a key point of contact for management teams, private equity sponsors, and corporate clients.
*Manage junior team members and drive high-quality analytical and marketing output.
*Support senior bankers in developing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
*Contribute to sector coverage initiatives and help build the team’s presence within the Business Services market.


Candidate Profile

*6+ years of M&A experience gained within: *A Big 4 Corporate Finance / M&A practice.
*A respected mid-market investment bank or advisory platform.

*Strong track record executing UK and European M&A transactions.
*Experience managing multiple workstreams and taking ownership of deal delivery.
*Comfortable leading client interactions and coordinating advisers throughout a transaction.
*Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
*Strong commercial judgement and excellent financial analysis skills.
