Whether you’re an experienced Manager or an ambitious Assistant Manager ready to step up, this role offers genuine long-term progression within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

*Coaching qualified and part-qualified accountants to maximise performance.

*Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and client service.
*Contributing towards the continued growth of the practice through networking and referrals.
About youYou’ll already have experience working within a UK accountancy practice and enjoy building lasting relationships with clients.
Ideally you’ll be ACA or ACCA qualified and comfortable working with a varied client portfolio, although attitude and commercial awareness are just as important as technical ability.
You’ll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and helping clients achieve their goals.
In returnYou’ll join a firm that genuinely invests in its people and encourages progression.
Benefits include:
*Competitive salary.
*Flexible and hybrid working.
*Ongoing professional development.
*Clear progression into senior leadership.
*Modern technology and cloud-based systems.
