THE ROLE
*Support the leadership of a busy, premium hospitality operation
*Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service
*Oversee fine dining, meeting room hospitality and client events
*Support evening events and varied hospitality services
*Coordinate service, timings and team deployment
*Work closely with the kitchen and operational teams
*Maintain exceptional presentation and service standards
ABOUT YOU
*Supervisory or assistant management experience within hospitality
*Strong fine dining or premium hospitality experience
*Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail
*Polished, professional and confident in a client-facing environment
*A natural team leader who genuinely cares about service
*Flexible to support evening events when required
*Ambitious and ready to progress towards Hospitality Manager level
