Full job descriptionA leading property and construction consultancy in London is looking for a Project Manager with strong Cat B fit out experience to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who wants to deliver high-quality workplace projects for occupiers, landlords, and corporate clients across London.
The Project Manager will manage Cat B office fit out projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, design teams, cost consultants, contractors, and building managers. This Project Manager role would suit a confident Project Manager who understands fast-paced commercial fit out schemes, stakeholder pressures, and programme-led delivery. The successful Project Manager will be client-facing, organised, and able to take ownership of projects with limited supervision.
You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.


The Project Manager’s roleThe Project Manager will deliver Cat B commercial workplace fit out projects across London, supporting clients through briefing, design coordination, procurement, construction, handover, and close out.
The Project Manager will be responsible for programme management, consultant coordination, risk tracking, reporting, contract administration, chairing meetings, and contractor liaison.
The Project Manager will also manage client expectations, keep stakeholders informed, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.


The Project ManagerThe successful Project Manager will have:
*Prior experience working within a construction consultancy environment
*Strong Cat B office fit out experience
*Commercial workplace, occupier, landlord, or refurbishment project experience
*A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or similar
*MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or working towards
*Good knowledge of JCT contracts
*Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
*A proactive and professional approach
