Are you an experienced Sales Manager looking for the opportunity to lead a high-performing furniture retail showroom, develop talented sales professionals and make a genuine impact on business performance?
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious Sales Manager to take ownership of a successful showroom, leading from the front while building a culture focused on sales excellence, customer experience and continuous development.

The RoleAs Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving showroom performance, leading a team of Sales Consultants and ensuring every customer receives a first-class experience.
Key responsibilities include:
*Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing sales team.
*Driving sales, profitability and showroom performance.
*Delivering structured coaching that improves both confidence and capability.
*Creating a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.
*Conducting regular one-to-ones, development reviews and performance conversations.
*Identifying opportunities to upskill team members and unlock their potential.
*Teaching consultative selling techniques and customer engagement strategies.
*Leading by example and maintaining high standards across the showroom.
What We’re Looking For*Previous experience as a Sales Manager within furniture retail or a similar consultative retail environment.
*A proven track record of delivering strong commercial results through people.
*Outstanding coaching, mentoring and leadership skills.
*The confidence to manage performance and hold constructive but challenging conversations when needed.
*A passion for customer service and creating memorable buying experiences.
*Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
*A hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire and influence others.
*Availability to work every weekend as part of a retail leadership team.
What’s On Offer?*£48,500 basic salary.
*Up to 20% store performance bonus (£58,200 OTE).
