What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:
*Managing the day-to-day operations of the residential lettings department
*Winning new instructions through market appraisals and business development
*Leading, motivating and developing the lettings team to achieve targets
*Negotiating tenancy agreements and maintaining strong landlord relationships
*Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation and company procedures
*Working closely with the property management team to deliver a seamless customer experience
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Proven experience within residential lettings
*Previous experience managing or supervising a lettings team
*Strong knowledge of the residential lettings process and current legislation
*Commercially minded with a track record of winning new business
*Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
*Highly organised with strong leadership abilities
*ARLA qualification would be advantageous
*Full UK Driving Licence essential
