We are partnering with a successful and growing organisation to recruit an experienced FP&A Analyst This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to join a high-performing finance team and play a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for delivering meaningful financial analysis, leading the budgeting and forecasting process, and partnering with stakeholders across the business to support informed commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities*Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
*Produce accurate financial models, scenario planning, and long-range forecasts.
*Deliver insightful management information, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
*Analyse actual performance against budget and forecast, providing clear variance analysis and recommendations.
*Partner with operational and departmental leaders to improve financial performance and support strategic initiatives.
*Prepare board reports and presentations with clear commercial insight.
*Support month-end and year-end reporting processes.
*Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through detailed financial analysis.
*Drive continuous improvements in reporting processes, systems, and controls.
*Support business cases, investment appraisals, and strategic projects.
The successful candidate will be a commercially focused finance professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
You will have:
*ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or be nearing qualification).
*Previous experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering, or a similar analytical finance role.
*Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning experience.
*Excellent financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
*Experience using ERP systems and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.
