Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Hours: Mon–Thu 8.30am–5.00pm, Fri 8.30am–4.30pm (39.5 hours/week)
Location: Office-based: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
About us
We are a nationwide facilities partner helping commercial kitchens run reliably, efficiently and sustainably. From supplying and maintaining foodservice equipment to using data for smarter, lower-impact operations, we help some of the UK’s best-known brands eliminate waste, reduce downtime and extend the life of every asset.
We are proudly family-run, purpose-driven and genuinely invested in the people who work here. We have built a strong reputation over seventeen years, not just for the work we do but for the way we do it.
Our Wellingborough office is lively, supportive and rooted in a culture of accountability, kindness and collaboration where people are valued for the contribution they make.
The opportunity
This is a hands-on finance role sitting at the heart of a busy, close-knit team. You will be involved across the full breadth of day-to-day finance operations: sales ledger, purchase ledger, month-end reporting and everything in between.
It is a role where your accuracy and reliability genuinely matter, where you will be trusted to get on with things, contribute to making the team better and see the direct impact of your work on a growing business.
You will be welcomed from day one into a team that genuinely looks out for each other. A place where no challenge is faced alone, where a positive attitude is the norm and where people are celebrated when they succeed and supported when things are hard.
"From the start, I felt part of the team. You don’t need to worry about coming back from holiday to an overwhelming workload because everyone chips in. A good day at Arolite is every day."
Mia, Sales Ledger Administrator
"There is a real sense of care and respect across the business. It is refreshing to work somewhere where people genuinely want to see each other succeed."
Riana, Finance Team Leader
If you are experienced in a finance or accounts environment, take pride in doing things properly and want to be part of a team that genuinely supports each other, we would love to hear from you.
What the role involves
*Raising sales invoices and reconciling month-end documentation

*Proven experience in a finance or accounts role: sales ledger and journals essential
