To provide a professional, welcoming and efficient front of house service, acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues. The role is responsible for creating a positive first impression of the business, ensuring the reception area runs smoothly, supporting day-to-day office operations, and delivering high standards of customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities

*Take ownership of meeting and greeting visitors
*Manage incoming telephone calls and direct them appropriately
*Oversee both incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
*Be responsible for maintaining a tidy organised and professional reception area
*Support basic facilities coordination including meeting room organisation, office setup and general admin support as required.
*Set up meeting rooms, equipment and catering for visitors if required
*Oversee offices & kitchen supplies including stationary
*Support basic health & safety coordination
Essential Skills, qualities and Experience required:*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Good organisational and time management skills
*Clear written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to work collaboratively across teams
*Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Essential Qualifications:*GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths (Essential)
*A Levels of equivalent
*Interest in communications, business administration, or operations (Desirable)
Key Interfaces (Internal and External)*External visitors including clients
*Client support teams
*Operations Teams
*External suppliers
