A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established construction contractor delivering prestigious refurbishment, heritage and restoration projects across London.
The successful candidate will join a highly skilled team working on complex and unique schemes, including historic buildings, listed properties and high-profile commercial projects. This role offers the chance to take ownership of commercial activities while contributing to the successful delivery of projects where quality and craftsmanship are at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities:*Manage the commercial performance of refurbishment and restoration projects.
*Lead cost planning, valuations, variations, forecasting and reporting.
*Manage subcontractor procurement and commercial negotiations.
*Work collaboratively with clients, consultants and internal project teams.
*Provide commercial insight to support successful project delivery.
Requirements:*Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction sector.
*Strong refurbishment, heritage or restoration project experience.
*Excellent communication, negotiation and commercial management skills.
Package:*Up to £85,000 salary.
