Description
*Assist with processing invoices and managing accounts payable/receivable tasks.
*Assisting with all aspects of credit control
*Support the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
*Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in transactions.
*Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team as needed.
*Handle queries related to financial processes and liaise with internal stakeholders.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
*Contribute to month-end and year-end financial close processes.
*Assist in ad hoc financial projects or tasks as assigned by the team.
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
*A solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
*Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
*Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
*The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
