Shift Operations ManagerRobert Walters are partnering with a leading logistics business to recruit a Shift Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities*Lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring service, productivity, and safety targets are achieved.
*Manage and develop a high-performing operational team.
*Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control and audit processes.
*Drive continuous improvement, process efficiency, and 5S standards.
*Monitor KPIs, labour performance, and operational costs.
*Support customer implementations, operational projects, and site improvements.
*Maintain compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
What We’re Looking For*Experience in a Shift Manager, Operations Manager, or Warehouse Manager role within logistics or distribution.
*Strong people leadership and performance management skills.
*Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory management.
*Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.
*Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
*Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
*Logistics or Warehousing qualification desirable.
