Full job descriptionElevation Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a FLT Driver to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Leeds.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional with an FLT Licence who enjoys working in a hands-on environment as part of a supportive team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring products are processed accurately, stock is controlled effectively, and operations run safely and efficiently.
Salary & Benefits:
*Salary £25,000
*Bonus scheme
*Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm (35 hours per week)
*23 days holiday plus bank holidays and additional Christmas shutdown

Key Responsibilities:*Process customer orders accurately, safely and on time, ensuring all procedures are followed.
*Safely load and unload vehicles using a counterbalance forklift truck.
*Maintain accurate stock records in line with legal and quality standards.
*Control packaged finished goods stock efficiently and accurately.
*Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high housekeeping standards using 5S principles.
*Work in line with company policies, procedures and health & safety legislation.
*Assist with wider site duties as required to support the operational team.
About You:*To be successful in this role, you will have:
*Previous manufacturing warehouse experience (essential).
*A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential).
*Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
*Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
*A proactive, flexible approach with a positive attitude.
