Salary - up to £65,000
Location - Basingstoke
Robert Walters have partnered with a leading organisation that are currently undergoing a Business Transformation Programme. This role involves managing risks, coordinating activities across workstreams, and maintaining effective governance and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and maintain the overall programme plan, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.
*Monitor budgets, resources, and performance, escalating concerns as needed.
*Proven experience managing complex programmes or large-scale projects.
*Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).
*Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leaders/boards.
*Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and recommendations for decision-makers.
