Full job descriptionWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Stock Administrator to support both our Finance team and Factory Stores operations. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple departments and keeping processes running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities
Finance Administration
*Processing purchase invoices, credit notes and expenses
*Assisting with accounts payable/receivable tasks
*Reconciling supplier statements
*Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems
*Supporting month-end processes
Factory Stores Support
*Managing stock records and inventory systems
*Booking stock in electronically
*Assist in counting stock at period ends
*Transfer of stock between locations
*Coordinating goods in/out and ensuring accurate documentation
*Liaising with production and purchasing teams
*Monitoring stock levels and assisting with stock counts
*Maintaining organised store areas and records
General Administration
*Data entry and maintaining internal systems
*Preparing reports and spreadsheets
*Handling emails, calls, and internal queries
*Supporting other departments when required


About You
*Previous experience in administration (finance or stock control preferred)
*Strong organisational and multitasking skills
*High attention to detail and accuracy
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office
*Excellent communication skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*A Keen eye for detail and can-do attitude is what we want
Desirable (but not essential)
*Experience with business Central beneficial)
*Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
