People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established team based in Dudley, West Midlands.

This role would suit candidates with previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Consultant, Recruitment Coordinator, Recruitment Resourcer, Hiring Consultant, Account Manager, Business Development Executive, or Recruitment Assistant.
Shifts
• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 - 17:00
Salary
• £28,000 - £29,000 per annum

Day-to-Day Duties
As a Recruitment Consultant, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Generating new business opportunities through proactive business development activities
• Managing and developing existing client relationships to maximise business growth
• Attending client meetings to discuss recruitment campaigns and workforce planning
• Advertising vacancies across multiple job boards and social media platforms
• Sourcing, screening, interviewing and matching candidates to suitable vacancies
• Writing engaging and effective job advertisements
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement
• Ensuring candidate compliance and completing all associated administration accurately
• Conducting client service reviews and maintaining excellent customer relationships
• Working towards and exceeding individual and team KPIs and sales targets
• Building and maintaining talent pools for current and future recruitment requirements
Essential Skills
To be successful as a Recruitment Consultant, you will need:
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive, proactive and target-driven attitude
• A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle for client visits
• Strong customer service and organisational skills
• The ability to prioritise workloads and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office packages
• The right to work in the UK (proof required)
Desirable Experience
• Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous but is not essential
• Experience within sales, business development, account management or a customer-facing environment would be beneficial
