Working in a fast-paced branch environment, you will manage buyers and vendors throughout the sales process, generate new business opportunities, conduct property viewings and work closely with colleagues to achieve individual and branch targets.
You will play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience from initial enquiry through to completion.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:
*Negotiate residential property sales from instruction through to successful completion
*Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and client referrals
*Conduct property viewings and provide constructive feedback to vendors
*Manage relationships with buyers and vendors, ensuring regular communication throughout the sales process
*Work closely with colleagues to achieve branch objectives and exceed individual sales targets
*Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service while maintaining accurate records and sales progression
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience as a residential Sales Negotiator is essential
*Listing experience would be advantageous
*Strong negotiation, communication and closing skills
*Self-motivated with a proactive and target-driven approach
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
*Professional presentation and a customer-focused attitude
*Knowledge of Chiswick and the surrounding West London property market would be beneficial
*Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential
