What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Property Manager:
*Manage the day-to-day operation of a diverse residential property portfolio, ensuring excellent service delivery and legislative compliance
*Lead, mentor and develop a team of Property Managers and support staff, managing performance, workloads and professional development
*Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and key clients, acting as the main point of contact for escalated matters
*Monitor portfolio performance, maintenance programmes, financial expenditure and occupancy levels while identifying opportunities for improvement
*Ensure all statutory inspections, safety certifications and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time
*Work closely with contractors and internal departments to deliver property improvements, resolve complex issues and support business growth
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Significant experience managing residential property portfolios within a lettings or property management environment
*Previous experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams
*Strong knowledge of current residential property legislation and compliance requirements
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with landlords, tenants and stakeholders
*Commercially minded with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
*Confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
*Proficient using property management software and Microsoft Office applications
*ARLA qualification desirable and a full UK driving licence is essential
