What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Lettings Negotiator:
*Managing and developing relationships with landlords and tenants
*Conducting property viewings and negotiating lettings deals
*Ensuring compliance with relevant lettings legislation
*Managing the lettings process from start to finish
*Building and maintaining a database of prospective tenants and landlords
*Providing excellent customer service at all times
*Working towards and achieving individual and team targets

*Previous experience in residential lettings
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Enthusiastic with a proactive ’can-do’ attitude
*Highly organized, motivated, and a team player
*Excellent timekeeping and presentation

*Full UK driving license
*Professional, articulate, and well-spoken
