We’re recruiting a RoRo Freight Sales Executive to join a well-established, independently owned freight forwarder with a strong reputation across RoRo, project cargo & global logistics in Southampton, Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities*Manage & develop key customer relationships
*Identify & win new business opportunities
*Prepare competitive quotations for RoRo & Out of Gauge (OOG) shipments
*Work closely with operations to deliver tailored logistics solutions
*Oversee bookings in line with company SOPs
*Ensure high levels of service across the full shipment lifecycle
This is a commercial, client-facing role where your industry knowledge will directly impact revenue growth.
What we’re looking for*Proven experience in RoRo freight forwarding (essential)
*Strong background in sales & account management
*Experience handling Out of Gauge (OOG) cargo
*Solid understanding of import/export & shipping processes
*Ideally need to currently manage your own customer accounts
*Operational freight forwarding experience is highly desirable.
