Full job descriptionHoop Nursing & Social Care are currently seeking experienced Support Workers for Children’s residential services within Swansea and surrounding areas.
As a Children’s Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering care and support to children and young people within residential settings. Working under the guidance of qualified healthcare professionals, you will help ensure the health, safety, and well-being of those in your care.
