Description
The Interim Legal Counsel will hold the following responsibilities:
*Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts.
*Work closely with sales teams for the set up of new customer contracts.
*Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders.
*Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
*Manage and mitigate potential legal risks for the business.
*Support on intellectual property matters and data protection issues.
*Advise on corporate governance and compliance frameworks.
*Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed.
Profile
A successful Interim Legal Counsel should have the following skills and experience:
*Proven expertise in contract negotiation and commercial law.
*Experience of working closely with sales teams and customer contracts
*Previous experience of working within software, Technology, AI etc would be beneficial
*Knowledge of intellectual property and data protection regulations.
