We are seeking a proactive and confident individual to join our Commercial Property team based in Glasgow, you will play a key role in enhancing our client service experience.
Responsibilities:
*Processing contractor invoices via Microsoft Excel

*Preparing correspondence and letters and send these to customer/management via Microsoft Outlook

*Be the first point of contact for incoming telephone enquiries from customers, triage calls where appropriate to allow management to handle any urgent requirements

*Become a CPL Property Management System superuser. This involves correctly updating and saving new customer information or queries

*Data entry and processing via Microsoft Excel and CPL internal system

*Collating information for colleagues and clients using Microsoft word, pulling information from the CPL management system

*Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks

*Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

*Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills

*Experience of Microsoft Packages
